For hazardous-area applications, ATEX and IECEx certified equipment and components may be required according to the project classification and client specifications. Marvix can support the provision of welding habitat solutions using certified equipment where specified by the project, with the final configuration determined by the applicable hazardous-area requirements. This service can support maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, fabrication and construction activities where hot work must be carried out in controlled conditions. The solution is coordinated with the client's HSE procedures, permit-to-work system and site-specific requirements.
